Pinterest App, Now Live on iPad and Android
A social photo sharing website launched just last year, Pinterest, where you can ‘Pin’ the photos you like (not necessarily your photo, but may be another image you came across online) and share it with others.
You may also see other image pinned by people by following them. Pinterest arranges pictures by category, so you don’t need to get confused of meddle ups.
Pinterest app for Android & iPad….
There was no Pinterest app when it first launched, but within some months of its release, came Pinterest app for iPhone, which for a long time remained the only available Pinterest app service.
After crossing a year of release, Pinterest mobile application for Android and iPad had finally come.
The Pinterest app for Android has a similar UI to that of iPhone but with enough differences not to look like a direct port, as you scroll down your timeline, photos displays as tiles in various sizes. You are able to swipe right to view your profile and left to view your categories.
The UI is well designed and looks great. It works well with smooth scrolling and suitable but effective transition animals.
Pinterest app for iPad is also good and made quality use of the screen space, along with a UI that looks like the web Pinterest.
Meanwhile, the Pinterest app for iPhone gets some stability and performance updates.
Both Pinterest app for Android and iPad are available for download in their respective stores free.
Downloading and using the Pinterest app will require you registering as a member, and you can also login using your Facebook or Twitter ID.
Pinterest app for Android is available at Google Play Store and would soon be at the Amazon App store by weekend.

This is good news for Pinterest to finally get a solid app. I’m going to have to download this app and check it out. I’ve become a frequent Pinterest user the past few months. Now if only there was a good Google Reader app.
If you are an Android user, check Google Play to download Google reader.
i would be subscribing to your feed myself in case you got more interesting posts next time.
You are always welcome.
