Gmail App Updated by Google on Android, now better on 7-inch Tabs

Several new features came up at the latest Gmail Android app upgrade. The UI was refurbished by Google, and it now runs better on 7-inch tablets. When your 7-inch tab device is at landscape, the Gmail Android app would abruptly cut messages off. For 7-inch tablets powered by Android 4.0 or later, the problem is now fixed. But unfortunately, the Gmail Android app is still not getting the pinch-to-zoom within messages.

The just upgraded latest version of the Gmail Android app comes with a new label API for 3rd party developers, a home-screen widgets feature.
